Sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out — and that's Ok.

We get it: even with care and intention, a choice might not turn out as expected.
And that’s perfectly fine. You have the right to change your mind.

Right of withdrawal

According to consumer protection laws, you can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product — no explanation required.

💬 How to request a return

• Send an email to hello@amavootheimpactcentre.com with your order number and reason for the return

• The product must be in the same condition it was received: unused, with tags, and original packaging (if applicable)

• Once approved, we will send instructions for the return process

• Refunds or chargebacks are processed within 10 business days, depending on the payment method

🚫Non returnable items

• Products that show clear signs of use after delivery

• Items damaged by misuse

• Hygiene or intimate products (where applicable)
