Products & Curation
All products offered through Amavoo are curated second-hand, pre-loved, or limited selections. We strive to describe each item accurately, including condition, materials, measurements, and visible wear.
Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of curated pieces, availability may change without notice.
Minor signs of wear consistent with second-hand items may be present and do not constitute defects.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Amavoo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without notice.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Amavoo are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, images, and condition details before completing a purchase.
Exceptions may apply only in cases where an item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation.
