At Amavoo, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience.
As we operate a marketplace for second-hand and conscious products, delivery times and shipping methods may vary depending on the seller, the product’s location, and the destination of the order.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Some items are shipped directly by sellers, while others may be handled by logistics partners.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Within Brazil/Canada: 5–10 business days

  • To the United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, postal delays, or customs inspections.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Some sellers may offer free shipping or discounted rates.
Taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Tracking

Most shipments include a tracking number.
You can follow your package through the carrier’s website or via the link sent to your email.

5. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from different sellers may arrive in separate packages.
Each shipment will have its own tracking information, when available.

6. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
