amavoo is a conscious marketplace where you’ll find high-quality second-hand products — including fashion, home goods, books, kids' items, and more — all with a purpose: to support animal welfare and promote mindful reuse.

Are the products used?

Yes, most items have had a previous life. Every product goes through curation and must be in good condition. Some are never used (new with tags), and this is clearly noted in the listing.

What does it mean when an item is "VOOCERTIFIED"?

Items with the VOOCERTIFIED seal have been carefully selected and meet our standards for quality, ethics, and positive impact. Each piece is guaranteed to be curated, donated or sold by trusted partners, and directly supports social, environmental, and animal protection causes. By choosing a VOOCERTIFIED item, you support a movement for reuse with care and real transformation.

Can I sell on amavoo?

Yes! Anyone — individuals or brands — can register as a seller. Just ensure your items are in good condition and go through our curation process. 

Can I donate items to help support the causes?

Absolutely. Your donation becomes a marketplace item, and 100% of the revenue goes to NGOs and animal welfare projects supported by amavoo. Just fill out the form at [I want to donate →].

How does shipping and delivery work?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the origin of the item. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

What if I change my mind after buying?

How does amavoo support meaningful causes?
