What is Amavoo?
Amavoo is a conscious marketplace where you’ll find high-quality second-hand products — including fashion, home, culture, kids’ items, and more — with a purpose: to support social impact projects, animal welfare, and promote reuse with care and responsibility.
Are the products used?
Yes, most items have had a previous life. Every product goes through a careful curation process and must be in good condition to be sold.
Some are never used (new with tags), and this information is always included in the product description.
Can I sell on Amavoo?
Yes! Anyone — individuals or brands — can register as a seller. You just need to offer items in good condition, aligned with our purpose, and follow our curation process.
How does the registration work?
Simply fill out a short form. Once approved, you’ll gain access to list your products on the marketplace.
What does it mean when an item has the “SECOND CHANCE SEAL”?
Items with the SECOND CHANCE SEAL have been carefully reviewed and meet our standards for quality, ethics, and positive impact.
They are curated and verified, donated or sold by trusted partners, and help fund social, environmental, and animal protection projects.
How does Amavoo support meaningful causes?
A portion of the proceeds from products with the solidarity seal is directed to social and environmental initiatives supported by Amavoo.
We also facilitate donations of items that generate direct income for projects focused on education, culture, sustainability, and animal welfare.
How much of my sale goes to causes?
At least 5% of each sale goes directly to our partner projects. You can choose to donate more if you wish.
How do I ship my sold items?
You’ll receive an email notification once your item sells. It should be clean, carefully packaged, and shipped within the indicated timeframe.
Can I donate items to support the causes?
Absolutely! Your donation becomes a product on the marketplace, and 100% of the proceeds go to NGOs and projects supported by Amavoo.

How do shipping and delivery work?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product’s origin. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
You’ll receive a tracking number once the shipment is confirmed.
What if I change my mind after purchase?
You can request a cancellation within 7 calendar days after receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
