In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving your order — no explanation required.

How to Request a Return

  • Send an email to hello@amavootheimpactcentre.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags and original packaging (when applicable).

  • Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

  • The refund will be processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that show visible signs of use after delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene or intimate products (when applicable)
