Amavoo is a curated second-hand and editorial marketplace. Most pieces are unique, limited, and available in a single quantity.

Because of the curated and pre-loved nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, condition notes, and images carefully before completing a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Amavoo are considered final sale.

We do not accept:

• Returns
• Exchanges
• Cancellations
• Refund requests based on fit, preference, or change of mind

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified.

Condition & Measurements

We strive to describe each item as clearly as possible, including condition notes, materials, measurements (when relevant), and detailed photos.

Please note that minor signs of wear consistent with second-hand or vintage items may be present and do not qualify as defects.

We strongly recommend reviewing measurements carefully before purchasing, especially for vintage sizing.

Damaged or Significantly Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging (if applicable)
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request carefully and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Final Sale Policy.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Amavoo is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
