What is Amavoo?

Amavoo is a curated circular marketplace and editorial house. We offer pre-loved items selected with care, so great pieces can keep living longer, with purpose.

Are all items second-hand?

Most items are pre-loved. Occasionally, we may feature unused or new-with-tags items when they meet our curation standards. Each product listing clearly indicates condition.

How do I know an item’s condition?

Each listing includes condition notes and photos. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us and we’ll help you decide with clarity.

Can I reserve an item?

In most cases, items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need help with timing, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.

What does “curation” mean at Amavoo?

Curation means we select items intentionally, considering quality, durability, condition, and overall fit with the Amavoo standard of care.

Do you authenticate items?

When relevant, we review brand details, materials, labels, and construction. If an item is listed as authenticated or verified, the listing will state so. If you need more info, contact us.

What categories do you carry?

Amavoo may include fashion, home, kids, books, and other curated categories depending on availability. Our collections evolve as new pieces arrive.

Shipping availability depends on your location and the item. At checkout, you’ll see the options available for your address.

How much is shipping?

Final Sale Policy

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the curated and second-hand nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, images, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

Can I exchange an item?

No. Most items at Amavoo are one-of-a-kind and available on a first-come, first-served basis. For this reason, exchanges are not available.

What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?

If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

We will carefully review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Final Sale Policy.
